Concertina barbed tape
Concertina razor tape is intended for the manufacture of Gurza and Concertina barbed wire, its use as an independent means of fencing the territory is possible, but not highly recommended due to the low tensile strength and the ability to cut it with simple scissors for metal. Concertina razor tape is a stamped galvanized steel tape with rows of double-edged spikes along the edges. Concertina razor tape has high cutting properties and the ability to catch on any objects.
Concertina razor tape is made of galvanized steel coil on automatic stamping equipment according to modern technical specifications. For the manufacture of Concertina barbed tape, galvanized steel EN 10346 0.45 mm thick with a zinc coating of 140-200 g/m2 is used. The finished barbed tape of Concertina has a total width of 15.9 mm and a section for crimping the core 5.5 mm wide, which makes it possible to reinforce it with wire from 1.8 to 2.2 mm. A specially designed stamp design allows you to get sharp spikes and razor edges of the tape, and also provides a rounding with a radius of 2.5 mm in the bases of the spikes to increase their strength.
