“Super” clip is used to connect pairs of strands of razor wire, the diameter of which is from 3.5 to 5.5 mm – this is Egoza-Caiman, Egoza-Alligator and Egoza-Super barbed wire. The use of the Super clip for these types of barbed wire allows them to be connected reliably, and for the smaller barbed wire, the use of the Super clips is undesirable and economically disadvantageous – for them there is a bracket like “Standard". “Super” clip is used in the manufacture of various types of razor wire security barriers, for connecting them together, for example, to create a continuous canvas of Piranha razor mesh from single rolls, as well as during the installation of barriers for attaching them to the tension wire or grid of the welded panel fence.
“Super” clip is a product made of galvanized steel, which was given a certain shape during stamping. For the manufacture of Super clips, galvanized steel EN 10346 with a thickness of 1.5 mm and zinc coating of 140-290 g/m2 is used. The finished “Super” clip has a sweep width of 10 mm, a length of 45 mm and is equipped with a “dovetail” lock for high-quality fixation in a clamped state. When stamping, the Super clip is given a shape that allows you to install such staples with a manual and automatic tool during production or mounting of razor wire security barriers.
